Before the tour
Road description
Ottsjö is situated in the south mountains of Åre. It takes about a half an hour to travel by car from Åre to Ottsjö.

Equipment
Winter boots
It´s important for the whole tour that you got a pair of good warm boots on.
Jacket/Pants
It´s important to be dressed warm, windproof is the best.
If You are on a long tour (1 hour or more) we recommend extra warm clothes.
Cap and gloves
It´s good if you have a hood on the jacket. Good mitten is better than woolen gloves.
Extra equipment
If there is risk for windy weather (which it´s always) it´s good to have a pair of ski-goggles, especially
for the kids. It´s also good to have a muffler to cover your face for protection from cold wind and snow.
